The prices shown in the online store are specific to the ikh.fi webshop and are valid only for orders placed through ikh.fi. Availability information refers to the stock status in the ikh.fi webshop. Prices on ikh.fi may differ from those in physical stores, as each store sets its own prices independently. As a consumer you have the right to cancel the order you made in IKH Webshop or any part of it within 14 days of receiving the shipment. When you receive your shipment, please check that it corresponds to your order and that it has not been damaged in transit by the delivery service.
Hygiene and intimate products, such as respirators, full and half masks, earplugs, underwear and socks, are not accepted for return if the packaging has been opened.
Return instructions
1. Notify in advance about the return
If you have not received a delivery notification for your order, please contact our customer service at verkkokauppa@ikh.fi to notify the cancellation. Please indicate the order number, the customers name and the products to be returned. If your order is already on its way or has been delivered, you can make a notification as follows:

2. Pack the product / products
Pack the product and all of its parts carefully. Preferably, use the packaging in which the product was shipped to you. The product price will be fully refunded if the returned item is still in completely sellable condition, and its sales packaging is intact. Please do not affix the return label or tape directly to the sales packaging.
If your order does not come with a return shipping label (e.g. large items or TDG shipments), please contact our online customer service on 0200 32300 or verkkokauppa@ikh.fi who will help you with your return.
3. Take the parcel to a Posti or Matkahuolto service point or parcel locker
The return shipment should be carried out within 14 days of writing the return notice. When IKH Online Store has received and processed the return, Svea Payments will refund the sum to be returned via the payment method used by the customer.
Please pack the products carefully. IKH Online Store shall not be held liable for damage incurred by carelessly packed returns. Any charges resulting from such an error will be levied from the customer.
