IKH Online Store orders are delivered throughout Finland mainly via Posti. Orders are not delivered to foreign addresses.
Pickup from a shop (€0,00)
You will receive a notification by email/text message when your order is ready to be picked up from the shop you choose.
When picking up the order, the person is asked to present their proof of identity. A valid passport, driving license or identity card issued by a Finnish authority is required to prove identity.
The IKH pick-up point retains the consigments for 14 days from arrival at the pick-up point.
Delivery to a pickup point (prices from €6,90)
You can choose a suitable pickup point from a list, which is formed based on the postal code you feed into your contact details. For collecting the shipment, you will receive the shipment ID as a text message from the carrier, and for parcel point deliveries, the locker code as well. If the dimensions of the parcel exceed the maximum dimensions of the automated locker (60 x 36 x 60 cm), or if the weight exceeds 35 kg, the parcel will be delivered without extra cost to the Posti nearest to this parcel automat. SmartPOST parcel automats are located in shopping centres, and they are accessible during shopping centre opening hours. (See the service points and opening hours)
Home delivery (prices from 3,90/ over 2 kg from €12,90)
The shipment will be delivered to the address you provide. For delivering parcels and transport unit shipments, the carrier will agree with the recipient on a delivery date usually within 1–2 business days of despatch.
Small Parcel: If the shipment fits into the mail slot or box (max. 35 x 25 x 3 cm, weight 2 kg), the order can be delivered as a Posti small parcel, delivered with the day mail anywhere in Finland.
Large deliveries: The delivery will be transported to the front door or street level. The basic service does not include delivery indoors or unpacking.
As a rule, products ordered through Posti are sent no later than on the first business day following the order. No delivery fee is charged for online orders that are picked up from a retail shop. Due to the wide variety of our selection, your pick-up order may include products that the retailer does not have in stock immediately. Usually, such product replenishments are delivered to the retailer from the warehouse within 1–5 business days, depending on the pace of supplementary orders, the place and the transport timetables.
