Product returns, order cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection Act, a consumer has the right, after placing a distance selling order, to cancel it or any part of it within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The customer should provide a separate advance notice of such a cancellation to the Vendor. For a cancellation, it will not be sufficient to merely return the goods or fail to pick up the shipment. The product should be returned within 14 days of writing the cancellation notice.

The customer will be credited for the price of the product and the original shipping costs. The return fee is deducted from the refund.

The price of the product will be returned in full if the product remains entirely in sale condition.If possible, the product should be in its original package.The Vendor has the right to deduct from the reimbursement of a used product a sum corresponding to its loss in value.

Return instructions:

1. Fill out your return/cancellation notice

You will receive your refund most quickly and easily by filling out a return notice via Svea Payments Buyers’ Service. You will find the link to this service in the assignment confirmation e-mail to be sent by Svea Payments. Select the desired  function (Return products or make a reclamation). Select the products you have returned and the number of pieces. Svea Payments Buyer's Service is at your disposal 24/7.

2. Pack the product/products

Pack the product and all of its parts carefully. Preferably, use the packaging in which the product was shipped to you.

3. Take the parcel to a Posti / to the retail store indicated on the order confirmation

Take the return to a Posti outlet and send it as a customer return. Remember to mention the customer return contract number that is defined in the product return instructions.Based on the contract number, the return fee for the shipment is paid for by the recipient and it will be deducted from the refund.

You can also take the parcel to the Posti parcel point from which the shipment was originally picked up. Enter your original locker code at the point.

You will receive a receipt for the return for you to save.The return shipment should be carried out within 14 days of writing the return notice.

The parcel may be returned free of charge to the retail store indicated in the product return instructions and on the order confirmation.

When IKH Online Store has received and processed the return, Svea Payments will refund the sum to be returned via the payment method used by the customer.

Packaging is the responsibility of the sender. IKH Online Store shall not be held liable for damage incurred by carelessly packed returns. Any charges resulting from such an error will be levied from the customer.
