Warranty and liability
IKH is liable for products sold through its stores, dealer network and online shop in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. This liability covers defects in materials and manufacture, but not, for example, normal wear and tear or failure to follow the instructions for use and care of the product.
Many of our products also come with a warranty, which is indicated in the product information. The warranty is an additional benefit provided by the importer that gives the consumer better rights than liability for defects. In the event of a defect in a product under warranty, the warranty procedure is handled flexibly by presenting the purchase receipt when making a claim, or an order confirmation in the case of webshop purchases.
If you notice a material defect or suspect a manufacturing defect in a product you have purchased, please contact the shop where the product was sold or, in the case of webshop orders, the customer service department of the webshop.

Warranty conditions
- The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in the product during the warranty period. The warranty period is stated on the website in connection with the products.
- During the warranty period, the seller commits to, at its discretion, repair, replace or refund any product, which is found to have material or manufacturing defects that significantly compromise the usability of the product. Replacement of a product or part during the warranty period does not extend the original warranty period. Under the terms of this warranty, any product found to be defective during the warranty period shall be repaired during normal business hours by the seller’s own repair service or a repair service authorised by the seller.
- Defects caused by the following are not covered by this warranty:
• normal wear
• failure to properly maintain the product
• faulty installation
• improper or careless use
• use in violation of manufacturer recommendations
• water damage
• improper storage
• other external factors that have an adverse impact on the product
• competitive use
• this warranty does not cover any indirect repair or other costs incurred by a damaged part - The product seller shall fill out the product warranty claim, entering the following customer information:
• the date the defect was found
• a brief description of the defect and how it presented itself
• warranty certificate or purchase receipt
• name of a person who can provide further information if necessary
