The IKH Online Store Customer Register is stored by electronic means on the system vendor’s own server in Finland. Personal data is stored in such a way that no unauthorised person has access to it. The Customer Register data is saved in a system, which only certain, predefined persons are entitled to use, each by entering their user name and password. The users are bound by professional secrecy. The system is protected by fire walls and other technological means.
Only the system administrators of the Online Store are authorised to read or edit the IKH Online Store Customer Register. The IKH retailers delivering orders can view only the personal data necessary for delivering the order and the delivery data of orders placed at their own shops.
The IKH Online Store order system produces the material for the electronic archive of purchase receipts. Under the law, the receipt storage time is 6 years after the end of the tax year. Due to this, this data is stored in the IKH Online Store system for 7 years after the date of the last order.

Isojoen Konehalli Oy offers IKH retailers an online shopping environment where the commercial relationship is formed between the IKH retailer and the online customer. The retailer that delivers the order receives data, which is necessary for processing the order, from the online shopping system by logging in with its user ID.

We use Giosg chat for real-time customer service. Chats are deleted from the system automatically after 90 days. No personal data is collected through the chat service, but if needed, the customer service person may request contact details if these are necessary for further processing of the matter. Submitting personal details is then based on the customer’s consent.
Chats containing personal data can be deleted by customer request even before the 90-day limit by sending a request to the following address: email@example.com.
