BACKLASH PROTECTION OXYGEN SAFE-GUARD 5H AGA

• TheSAFE-GUARD-5 safety device is designed to protect the welder from backflash and backfire when welding and cutting with gas
• mounted on gas cylinder regulators and gas supply system outlets
• should always be used when welding/cutting with oxygen-acetylene (oxy-fuel) welding equipment
• thanks to the new non-return valve function, the hose no longer needs to be discharged and the equipment does not need to be depressurised

Five safety functions:

• check valve shuts off the gas supply when a backflash occurs
• non-return valve prevents gas from flowing back through the hose
• flame damper stops and extinguishes the flame
• thermal shutter cuts the gas supply when overheating occurs (over 95°C)
• fast and easy restarting of the equipment, without requiring hose depressurisation
