The prices shown in the online store are specific to the ikh.fi webshop and are valid only for orders placed through ikh.fi. Availability information refers to the stock status in the ikh.fi webshop. Prices on ikh.fi may differ from those in physical stores, as each store sets its own prices independently. Modes of delivery
Orders from the IKH Online Store are delivered throughout Finland, excluding Åland. Orders are not delivered to foreign addresses.
The delivery cost of the order is shown in the shopping cart once the products, delivery address, and delivery method have been selected.
We will notify the email address provided with the order when the order is ready for shipment by the carrier. The notification includes a tracking number for the shipment. You can track the shipment's progress on the carrier’s website or app.
Pickup from a store (€0,00)
Delivery to a selected IKH store is free of charge, but a delivery fee of €2.90 will be charged for pick-up orders containing dangerous goods.
You will receive a notification by email when your order is ready for pickup at the selected IKH pick-up store. The address of the pickup location is included in the order confirmation you received.
When picking up the order, the person is asked to present their proof of identity. A valid passport, driving license or identity card issued by a Finnish authority is required to prove identity. If you are unable to collect the shipment yourself from the IKH pick-up store, you may authorize another person to collect the order on your behalf with a letter of authorization.
The IKH pick-up store retains the consigments for 30 days from the date of order.
Delivery to a pickup point (prices from €7,50)
The shipment will be delivered to the selected Matkahuolto or Posti parcel locker or service point. If there is no available space in the chosen parcel locker at the time of delivery, the shipment will be redirected to the nearest available locker or service point.
A shipment ordered to a parcel locker that exceeds the permitted dimensions or weight will be transferred, at no extra cost, to the nearest Matkahuolto or Posti service point.
Carriers will store shipments at pickup points and parcel lockers for seven days from the date of arrival.

Matkahuolto parcel locker on service point
The package will be delivered to a parcel locker or service point within 1–2 business days after the order is dispatched. Once the package is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification from Matkahuolto containing the pickup code.

Posti parcel locker or service point
Delivery usually arrives within 1–2 business days after the order is dispatched. You will receive a notification from Posti with the code to open the locker.
If you are unable to collect the package within 7 days, you can purchase additional storage time via Posti’s OmaPosti service.
Delivery to destination (prices from €4,50, over 2 kg from €12,90)
The shipment will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. The carrier will arrange the exact delivery time within 1–3 business days after dispatch. The shipment will be delivered to the front door / ground level. The basic service does not include delivery indoors or unpacking.

Matkahuolto Home Delivery
The package will be delivered to your door at an agreed time. You will receive a notification from Matkahuolto to arrange the delivery time.

Posti Small Parcel (max. size 35x25x3 cm, 2 kg)
The shipment will be delivered with the daily mail to your mailbox or mail slot. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary in sparsely populated areas. You will receive a message once the package has been delivered.
Posti Home Delivery
Home delivery is scheduled on weekdays between 9 AM and 9 PM. In busy areas, also on Saturdays. You will be asked to choose a delivery time once the package has been in transit for 1–2 business days. At the same time, you can choose whether to receive the package in person or have it left at your door.

Orders that cannot be delivered as parcels will be shipped via dB Schenker’s freight service. You will see the delivery cost when you add the product to your cart and select the delivery method.
dB Schenker will contact the recipient before delivery to agree on a specific delivery time. Deliveries are typically made on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM. The shipment will be unloaded near the delivery vehicle. The basic service does not include carrying the shipment indoors or unpacking it from transport or product packaging. Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that the recipient is present at the agreed time. If the delivery cannot be completed as scheduled, the shipment will be taken to the nearest terminal and an additional fee will be charged for redelivery.
Delivery time
Orders are typically handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days after the order is received. Online store orders picked up from an IKH retailer’s pickup point are usually available within approximately 1–3 business days after the order is received, depending on the location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
We will announce any exceptional situations on our website, and customers may also be contacted by email or phone.
IKH Online Store is not responsible for any changes in delivery dates or delays caused by the carrier, nor for any resulting consequences to the customer.
